Sweater Weather

I am currently in the Adirondack Mountains in New York, so I have the opportunity to mix up my usual summer style and trade it for warmer clothing. My jeans come from Aeropostale (similar here) and have a dark blue wash with a skinny cut.

This knitted white sweater comes from Ann Taylor (not in season right now). It is perfect because it is not too heavy but provides some warmth. I love the square neckline and tighter knit on both the neck and wrists. It contrasts the looser stitching.

Nothing makes me happier than a perfectly matched outfit. My Burberry purse has gorgeous neutral tones with a plaid pattern. My aunt just gave me this bag (it was her purse before) and I am obsessed. It is the perfect size for everyday use. Here is a similar style in the plaid color.

These thin nude sandals come from Payless by American Eagle (similar here). I have been by the lake, so having open toe shoes that I can easily slip on and off to go swimming works best.

My headband comes from Franccesca's. It has beautiful beading and is a great way to hold your hair in place. I think that these kinds of head bands are the perfect duel purpose accessory.
