Camel Chic

Our final destination in Israel was Jerusalem, and this beautiful city is absolutely amazing. When you are in the Middle East one of the things you HAVE to do is ride a camel, and luckily when I did I had the most amazing view! I rode this camel on the top of the Mount of Olives, which is a cemetery that runs right up alongside the Old City of Jerusalem. The walls you can see in the background are the walls of the old city, where you can see the gold roofed Dome of the Rock sitting inside.

The first picture is right in front of one of the Shuks (markets) inside of the walls of the Old City. I loved the variety and the amazing things you could find! The jewelry I am wearing, both my necklace and bracelet, I bought in the Shuk. I love that they both have blue in them to add a pop of color to my black and white outfit. This wall is called the Jaffa Gate and it is one of the many gates that lead into the Old City. I am wearing a tank top from H&M that is 2 for $10! The skirt I am wearing is the same skirt from my Dreaming of Paris post and it is from Forever 21 for less that $6!

A walking tour of Jerusalem forced me to wear sneakers, but I decided to keep it chic and add my black and white striped Adidas Superstars. Pro tip: you have to size down because these shoes run a little bit big so I was able to buy the kids size which is so much cheaper! Also, Nordstrom has them in cool colors like blue and gold stripes! Because of the insane temperatures and blazing sun (there are literally never any clouds in Israel) I wore my sun hat and sunglasses every where I went. This hat is from BP. at Nordstrom but Forever 21 has one that is so similar!
